Night Manager-Full Time-Billiards Floor

To accomplish this, the Manager needs a variety of skills.

1.  You need to be a “people person” and enjoy the atmosphere and enjoy directing employees as needed.

            2.  You will be in charge of interviewing and hiring the right employees as we gear up.

            3.  You will oversee the training of them as well as oversee them on a daily basis.

            4.  You will do the scheduling for the night shifts.

5.  You will also need to master skills that will accomplish our goals in selling professional cue sticks, planning and   

     executing Company parties, team building events, dart tournaments, pool tournaments, pool leagues, and 

     seasonal promotions like Halloween promotions, New Years promotions and the like.

Other skills that would be helpful would be:

            1.  Some knowledge of word processing software like Word

            2.  Some computer knowledge

            3.  Food and Beverage knowledge to a small degree

The night shift manager will generally start about 6pm and will work weekends. Of course I know there are times when we have to make exceptions for special situations. We all have families and know that we must balance everything and things come up. However, this career requires that the best people work when it is busiest, and we are in the Hospitality Industry after all.
